Imagine this……. you haven’t exercised years (for many of us that might not be too difficult, right?)
You don’t know much about the gym, but you really want to get fit again.
So you wake up one day, full of motivation and eagerly head out to your local gym where you’re greeted by a young, buff, smiling instructor. With your self-confidence through the roof you share your story and declare it’s time to make a change.
The gym instructor starts to ask you questions…..
“I can book you on a HIIT session later today then Plyo tomorrow morning and Tabata Friday afternoon if you don’t mind hanging with the cardio bunny’s?
“Are you interested in bulking or cutting up”
“By Tuesday you’ll have a bad case of the DOMS but that’s all part of it if you want to look Judy Dench”
DOMS? HIIT? Why would I want to look like Judy Dench?
You haven’t got a clue what the guy is talking about. You’re beyond confused and he makes you feel stupid. All your motivation has gone and you just feel like running away and forgetting you every decided to get fit…..
………So what’s this got to do with our coaching a growth page?
